After Dinner, Before Midnight

Eleven Bar was created to own the space between dinner and the club.
The insight was simple: there’s a moment in the night when dinner is over, but nobody is ready to go home. Eleven was designed around that in-between energy, creating a destination that could take guests from the intimacy of dinner into something more social, energetic and late night.
The concept was built as a world of its own, with a distinct identity, atmosphere and experience designed around music, cocktails, conversation and the gradual build of the night.
Rather than being an extension of the restaurant, Eleven was designed to feel like the next destination. A place where the energy shifts, the night evolves and the transition from dinner to party becomes the experience itself.
The ambition was to create something that could stand independently, while naturally benefiting from its relationship with Jul’s. A new hospitality concept built around a very human behaviour: nobody wants the night to end when dinner does.
