HUMAIN ATHENS

Where Atmosphere Becomes Brand

Humain feels less like a restaurant concept and more like a mood - grounded, unpolished, and quietly confident. It's Christos Fotis' Athens spinoff stripped back to its most instinctive form, where texture and atmosphere matter as much as what's on the plate.

Humain is the earthy Athens satellite of Christos Fotis, created as a more grounded and instinctive expression of his world.
I was brought in to lead the marketing, shaping how Humain would be positioned, communicated and experienced by its audience. The focus was on building a distinctive image around the concept and translating its raw, earthy and deeply human character into a compelling marketing world.
The strategy was rooted in making the brand feel real and desirable at the same time. Building connection through storytelling, imagery, content and cultural relevance, while creating a clear identity that could cut through Athens’ increasingly crowded hospitality scene.
Humain was never about feeling overly polished or manufactured. It was about creating something tactile, warm and instinctive, where the people, atmosphere and energy were as important as the food.
My role was to turn that feeling into a marketing ecosystem that could build awareness, create desire and ultimately bring people through the door.
